This month, progress marched along at IK Bar in Gypsum with earthwork and concrete. On Building A, DGO Concrete finishing pouring the foundation walls. Karl’s Coatings then helped spray waterproofing on all of the exterior walls and our team installed foundation insulation. JV Excavation then stepped back in to install water lines, backfill walls and prep the sub slab. Next, the sub slab work begins with installing plumbing and electrical lines under the slab before the concrete pour.
