Kristin Kenney Williams
Kristin Kenney Williams is the founder and president of Commfluent LLC, a Vail Valley-based communications firm specializing in entitlement strategy, campaign planning and community relation Kristin previously served as Vice President of Mountain Community Affairs for Vail Resorts where she oversaw government and community relations for its mountain resort communities.
Pete Thompson
Pete Thompson recently retired to the Vail Valley from Chevy Chase, Maryland, following a 33 year career in homebuilding. Pete worked as a Division President, Regional President and President of National Homebuilding Operations for MDC Holdings, Inc., and as a Group President for KHovnanian Homes, both publicly traded national homebuilders. Pete is currently consulting for homebuilders and developers under The Thompson Group, LLC.
Pete received his BA degree from Vanderbilt University and his JD degree from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law.
Pete and his wife Chris live in Singletree.
Dan White
Dan White grew up in the Denver area. He graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a B.S. in Accounting. He worked for 10 years for a regional CPA firm before moving to the Vail Valley in 2006. While living in Denver, he served as the treasurer for the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado. Dan has been the controller at the Gallegos Corporation since May 2015. He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity Vail Valley since 2017, as a member of the finance committee.
Dan lives in Gypsum with his wife Monica and their daughter, Sage, who all enjoy skiing, rafting, hiking and camping.
Kathy Chandler-Henry
Kathy is serving her second term as an Eagle County Commissioner. She’s a fourth-generation Coloradan with a love of open spaces, air, water and land quality. Kathy is the county’s representative to the Water Quality Quantity Committee, Ruedi Reservoir Water and Power Authority, NWCCOG Economic Development District Board of Directors & Lake Creek Affordable Housing Corporation.
Chris Rowberry
Chris is a Denver native. He graduated from CSU with a degree in Finance and later obtained a Master’s Degree in Finance at CU – Denver and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation. Chris has lived in Eagle County since 2015 and is currently the President of Alpine Bank in Vail. He is a member and past president of the Edwards Rotary Club and has served on Habitat Vail Valley’s Finance Committee since 2017.
Chris, his wife Adrienne and dog Boo-Ray, live in Vail. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, golfing, fly fishing, running and playing the guitar.
Nick Brinkman
Nick is the President of FirstBank’s Mountains market, primarily overseeing lending and operations in Summit and Eagle Counties. He joined the company in 2001 and has worked in various roles.
Nick has been active in both the Eagle and Summit County communities throughout his career. He previously served on several boards in Eagle and Summit Counties. He currently serves the Summit Foundation, Summit County School District Finance Committee, Junior Achievement and Eagle Valley Community Foundation. He served on Habitat for Humanity Vail Valley Finance Committee before becoming a board member.
Nick graduated Colorado State University with a B.S. degree in Business and Finance and earned a degree from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. He along with his wife Kristy, their two children (Emmy and Evan) and their two dogs (Ramsey and Roxy) currently reside in Edwards.
David Honeyfield
David has been involved with Habitat for Humanity since 2002, predominately with HFH Metro Denver. He joined the Finance Committee of Habitat Vail Valley in May 2021 before becoming a Board Member. David has volunteered on construction sites, as a corporate and personal donor, served on the Corporate Leadership Team, the Finance and Audit Committee, as well as the Board, two years as President and chairing the Executive Committee.
Other Board service over the years includes Children’s Hospital Colorado and the Children’s Health System, Winter Park Ski Education Foundation Board, Leeds School of Business (University of Colorado – Boulder). David graduated from CU Boulder with a BA in Economics. His professional career includes 11 years at Arthur Andersen LLP. He then moved to the private sector serving as Chief Accounting Officer, President and CFO. David also worked in private equity. He maintains his CPA license.
David and his wife Susan are Colorado natives, having met at University of Colorado – Boulder. Their family together with their three adult children are their number one priority. They live in Eagle. David is an avid skier, mountain biker, road cyclist and fly fisherman. He is a part-time ski coach for Ski & Snowboard Club Vail and the Competition Center at Winter Park Resort.
Jennifer Law
Jen currently serves as the Vice President Human Resources for Vail Health. She started her career at Vail Resorts in Children’s Ski School working her way into a variety of HR roles before taking a seven year hiatus and returning for another eight years, ending as a Senior Director Human Resource Business Partner, driving business outcomes through talent strategy and creating a culture of experience of a lifetime for employees.
During her time away from VR she was the HR Director for the Gallegos Corporation- a large specialty sub-contractor, as well as the co-owner and principal consultant with HR Link, an outsourcing and consulting firm. She holds a BA in Business Communications and Psychology from the University of Puget Sound as well as three Human Resources specific certifications. She is passionate about education and community where she has volunteered time as a school board member, youth mentor and Habitat Vail Valley committee member.
Jen is very involved with her two daughters and enjoys spending time outdoors and on the river with her husband and kids as much as possible.
Magdalena Lopez
Magdalena along with her husband, are Habitat Vail Valley homeowners. The family moved into their home in 2008.
Magdalena shares her her love of learning with hundreds of children. Since 2011, she’s been the preschool teacher on YouthPower365’s Magic Bus, a mobile preschool that provides children under five a strong start for school. She also helps caregivers learn English. It’s important to her that others have the chance to get ahead. During Covid, she volunteered with the Eagle Valley Family Assistance Fund.
Magdalena has a preschool director certification and is focused on attaining her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and has been in Eagle County since 1995.
Bobby Murphy
Bobby has spent more than 15 years in leadership roles at Vail Resorts and three decades in the ski and mountain resort industry. Prior to his appointment as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Beaver Creek, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Stowe Mountain Resort in Vermont from 2017-2023, where he also had leadership oversight of Attitash and Wildcat Mountains in N.H.
Prior to Stowe, Bobby served at Vail Mountain from 2010-2017, first as Senior Director of Ski and Snowboard School and then as Vice President of Skier Services. He is uniquely suited to lead Beaver Creek, based on his career focus in guest service, his time and experience in Eagle County, and his leadership of Stowe and the Northeast region.
A native of Evanston, Ill., Bobby received his Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Recreation at the University of Iowa and represented the United States, nationally and internationally, on the Professional Ski Instructor of America (PSIA) National Alpine Team from 2004-2012. Bobby is the past Vice Chair of the Vermont Ski Area Association Board of Directors and served on the SOS Outreach Board of Directors. He is married to his wife Jenny and they have two daughters, Ella and Anja.
Kevin O’Donnell
After graduating from the University of Denver in 1996 with a degree in real estate and construction management, Kevin moved the Vail Valley to begin a career with Beck Building Company. He came up through the ranks at Beck, starting as a project manager and over the next 18 years oversaw the construction of several large homes and remodels. In 2007, he became an owner in the company and president.
Jeris Romeo
Jeris is the Community Bank President for ANB Bank’s Avon and Eagle Banking Centers in the Vail Valley. Through building strong and lasting relationships, he finds the best solutions for customers to fit their financial needs. He is responsible for the commercial and consumer lending portfolio of $80MM and overseeing the daily operations of the two banking centers.
Prior to joining ANB Bank in 2019, Jeris gained over a decade of banking experience through retail and commercial relationship management roles for a large financial institution, as well as a Market President role for a community bank.
Originally from Vermont, Jeris moved to Colorado in 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO.
Jeris enjoys life in the Eagle County community. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Bravo! Vail and volunteers on the Finance Committee for Habitat for Humanity Vail Valley. In addition, he enjoys time with his wife and twin daughters that are in elementary school.
Michael Routh
Graduating from the University of Washington in 2000, Michael followed his passion for winter sports to the Vail Valley. Deciding a “real job” was in order, he ventured into real estate in 2005. Michael has since established one of the valley’s top real estate teams with Keller Williams Mountain Properties. After over a decade on the brokerage side of the business, Michael expanded by co-founding Populace Development. He continues to act as leader of his sales team while also guiding Populace as one of its principals.
Michael’s core values are centered around God and family; he brings his passion for the community that surrounds him to both work and play. Along with his wife and three kids, he is often found skiing, biking, hiking and exploring all this mountain community has to offer.
Toby Seay
Toby is a Denver native. He was in the the engineering procurement and construction of communications, infrastructure and energy fields in Potomac, Maryland, before retiring in 2017. He managed projects in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas. He and his wife have three children and two grandchildren. Toby is an avid golfer and fly fisherman.
