Adam's Way Road / Third Street | Eagle
In this modular housing pilot program, 75% of the development is dedicated to Eagle County School District employees earning between 80-100% AMI. This partnership will retain quality teachers. Sixteen new homeowners moved in to these homes in 2024. Learn more > watch video
Stratton Flats | Gypsum
Habitat Vail Valley owns 76 lots in this subdivision. To date, 56 homes are finished in Stratton Flats, with more homes under construction. Community is strong here.
Grace Avenue | Gypsum
In 2019, Habitat broke ground on this neighborhood. Six families moved into their homes in 2020. In September 2021, six more homes were dedicated to Habitat families. Eagle County School District donated this land.
Fox Hollow | Edwards
Sixteen Habitat families call Fox Hollow home. These houses were built in Edwards from 2008 to 2011.
The Bluffs | Eagle
The Bluffs neighborhood in Eagle includes homes for seven Habitat families. These homes were built 2004 through 2007.
Eagle
In 2002, Habitat Vail Valley built a home in partnership with Eagle River Water & Sanitation District in Eagle.
Leadville
From 1997 through 2006, Habitat Vail Valley built homes in Leadville on 2nd Street and Chestnut Street.
Gypsum
In 1995 Habitat for Humanity of Eagle and Lake Counties was founded. The organization built its first home in partnership with a family who continues to live at this home in Gypsum.
