Rough framing comes to a close… and so much more on the Gypsum jobsite.
After nearly 8 months of rough framing, the Habitat team is almost complete with Phase 11 framing! The team started framing back in August of 2024 with the first homes of Phase 10. Since then, the Habitat team has been hard at work with the help of volunteers and partner families. The Habitat team is responsible for everything from 1st floor joists and beams until the top of 2nd floor walls. This is one of the major ways Habitat is able to keep our homes affordable and less expensive than other affordable housing projects in the Valley. Read the full update.
