COVID-19 Update – May 18

 In Stories, Uncategorized

covid update masksHabitat for Humanity Vail Valley continues to comply with all local, state and federal orders in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic. With disease incidence showing a steady decline and vaccination rates on the rise, Eagle County Public Health and Environment (ECPHE) will lift all local public health orders related to COVID-19 on May 19.

The CDC lifted mask mandates. While shopping, volunteering or working with Habitat in the ReStore or at the job site, we recommend wearing a face covering. However, in compliance with the CDCs latest update, those who are vaccinated do not need to wear a mask. Those who have yet to receive a vaccine are required to wear a mask and maintain six feet of social distance.

For additional information, please visit Eagle County and the CDCLearn more if you would like to get a vaccine.
