BECOME A HABITAT HOMEOWNER

Applications are open for the next round of Habitat homes. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath houses will be located down valley.

To qualify, families must  currently  live in substandard housing, earn 35% to 80% (between $39,159 $89,450  for a family of four) of the local median income, purchase the home through a zero-interest Habitat loan, be citizens or permanent legal residents, have good credit, show the  ability to pay for the home  and have the willingness to partner with Habitat for Humanity Vail Valley.  In addition, each adult contributes 250 sweat  equity hours.
