IK Bar Wall Raising

Join us on Tuesday, May 26th, for a celebration of our newest homes coming closer to housing amazing members of our community with a wall raising at the IK Bar construction site in Gypsum! See below for more information on how to get to the jobsite and where to park:

The construction site address is 283 Bison Lane, Gypsum, CO 81637. From I-70, take the Gypsum exit (140). Head south on Valley Rd./Gypsum Creek Rd. for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Grundel Way. Just after passing Red Hill Elementary School, turn left into the fenced in parking area. There is a large yellow track mat at the entrance to the parking area. Park on the left/east side of the parking area. To walk to the construction site, exit the parking area and turn right onto Grundel Way. Continue to walk down the street until the first sidewalk on your right (Bison Lane). Continue south on that sidewalk for approximately .25 miles until you see the construction area with the Habitat fence. There is no street parking available on Bison Lane, you must use the designated parking area. Please try to carpool if you can!
