The Phase 11 homes at Stratton Flats are nearly finished. Four of the homes were sold to their Habitat owners and moved into during February. The remaining four units are in the final stretch of construction. This month, cabinets and countertops were installed as well as finish hardware and final touches. Gallegos generously donated material and labor on these eight countertops, like they have for over 30 Habitat homes before! All that remains is carpet and then these homes will be move-in ready! We are eager to have eight more homes filled with Habitat homeowners in Stratton Flats!
