This month, we made significant progress on moving our Phase 11 homes closer to the finish line. Buildings 13 & 14 got all trim installed, caulked, filled, sanded , and sprayed with fin
ish paint. Cabinets were also installed in the kitchens and bathrooms. This means we will be ready for countertops and finish trim for electric, HVAC, and plumbing soon. In Building 12, the insulation was installed and drywall has all been hung. The drywall team is still working hard to texture the walls and ceilings to get the final, finished look. In Building 11, the electricians and plumbers have been hard at work roughing in the buildings. Although volunteer groups tend to slow down as the temperatures get colder, the Habitat team will continue to work hard through the end of the year on these homes!
