Our first set of homes have entered the finish stage of construction. This month, four homes have finished drywall installation and texture. Esmeralda Drywall, and owner Jaime Ponce, continue to support the Habitat mission by doing expert drywall work at a deeply discounted cost. We appreciate all of their generous support! We have also installed all of the Stone Composite Polymer (SCP) flooring on the first floors of these homes. SPC is a similar, alternative material to Laminate Vinyl Tile (LVT). We were incredibly fortunate to partner with our ReStore to buy this high-quality flooring at a great price. They also sell a few color varieties of flooring in their store in Gypsum.
