November Construction Update

The construction team was hard at work this month, continuing framing at Stratton Flats. Buildings 5 & 6
have all of their framing complete. Buildings 7 & 8 are quickly catching up to their progress. The team is
working hard to get all of the framing work done in the upcoming month in hopes of working indoors
during the historically snowy weather of January! Next steps will include getting the roofs dried in and
windows and exterior doors installed. This will make it nice and toasty for our mechanical, electrical, and
plumbing teams to start MEP rough-in work.
