Sylvia Szewczyk joined the Habitat Vail Valley team in October 2022 as Construction Crew Leader. Sylvia comes to Habitat after a stint in HR, but felt unfulfilled. She wanted to make more of an impact and took a leap of faith, moving to Eagle County to make a difference in the lives of hardworking locals.

 Sylvia comes to Habitat from Palos Park, Illinois. When not working, working out, painting, listening to music/playing the piano and backpacking and hiking. She’s eager to continue to explore the Rocky Mountains.
