Sonia Holguin

Sonia Holguin joined Habitat Vail Valley as Family Services Coordinator in early 2023. In this role, Sonia is the first step for families on their journey to homeownership and self-sufficiency. She recruits families to apply to become homeowners, oversees the family selection process, conducts informational community meetings, conducts educational seminars, family services curriculum and workshops and facilitates the move-in process.

Sonia is originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, and has lived in Eagle County since 2006. She has a teenage son whom she loves spending time with. When she’s not helping families, Sonia likes to cook, go to movies and the gym with her son and spend time with her dog and cat.
