Kalie Palmer

Kalie joined Habitat Vail Valley in 2005 as Volunteer and HR Coordinator. Over the years, she has taken on numerous challenges and been a key part of the team’s success. Kalie never wearies of the job and particularly loves all the interaction with Habitat homeowners, volunteers, board members, staff and community.

Prior to Habitat, Kalie worked at Vail Resorts for almost a decade and still holds strong relationships with her past team. Kalie grew up playing nonstop sports and took her volleyball prowess to University of Oregon, where she played college ball and graduated with a degree in psychology.

When not working, she takes care of her two amazing girls, an energetic dog and noisy cat. She tries to carve out time to enjoy all of the valley’s treasures – skiing, mountain biking, paddle boarding, floats on the river, walks and hikes with Benny the dog, and taking time to meet with friends.
