Michael Routh

Graduating from the University of Washington in 2000, Michael Routh followed his passion for winter sports to the Vail Valley. Deciding a “real job” was in order, he ventured into real estate in 2005. Michael has since established one of the valley’s top real estate teams with Keller Williams Mountain Properties. After over a decade on the brokerage side of the business, Michael expanded by co-founding Populace Development. He continues to act as leader of his sales team while also guiding Populace as one of its principals.

Michael’s core values are centered around God and family. Michael brings his passion for the community that surrounds him to both work and play. Along with his wife and three kids, he is often found skiing, biking, hiking and exploring all this mountain community has to offer.
