Each and every Habitat home is a powerful reminder of what our community can do when we work together! Habitat Vail Valley is able to build homes for less 
than two thirds of the market rate through partnerships, grant funding, and volunteers. Our construction partnerships take many different forms. Whether it’s with subcontractors for discounted & donated skilled labor, suppliers for at-cost materials, land donations from public entities like Eagle County School District, it all results in savings to our Habitat homeowners.
