What a Night: Carpenters’ Ball 2022

 In Builds, Stories

We loved welcoming you back to the Carpenters’ Ball. Our goal at the Carpenters’ Ball was to raise the funds to build 16 homes on 3rd Street. Every donation up to $200,000 was matched by Eagle

supporters gather at CB2022County Government. We’re excited to announce we raised more than $700,000 (a new record thanks to YOU)!

If there is one thing we learned over the past two years, it is the importance of having a safe and healthy home. As we struggled to learn how to live under the banner of a pandemic, we were reminded how special this community is. When families were in crisis, you lifted homeowners up. Together, we were able to strengthen the very fabric of this community. But our work is not done.

On Saturday, we came together to celebrate partnerships and support hardworking local families as we raised funds to increase homeownership opportunities in Eagle County. We revel in the strength of our community—Eagle County Schools’ donation of land, helping ensure educators have an affordable home is a bright spot as we build stronger futures.

As we celebrate our successes—breaking ground on Habitat’s 100th home, welcoming six additional families to Grace Avenue, building eight homes at Stratton Flats, piloting a modular home project on Eagle’s 3rd Street and purchasing a new location for our ReStore—we look to the future where we can continue to transform the lives of families.

Reminisce about the evening and look through our photos.

Everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to call home. With your help, we will achieve this goal. Together, we can be the solution.
