Habitat is building in the Gypsum neighborhood known as Stratton Flats. Construction is nearing completion on the first six homes and we plan to break ground on the next six homes in April! We would love for you to come see our newest neighborhood.

Directions:
From Gypsum - Exit I70 Gypsum (#140), head south through the roundabout onto Hwy 6 heading east. Proceed approximately 1 mile and turn right onto Jules Drive just before Napa Auto Parts. Take your first left on Sunny Ave and then another left onto Nighthawk Circle. Follow the road as it curves around and park by the Habitat office trailer.
From Eagle - Exit I70 Eagle (#147), head south on Eby Creek Road and turn right onto Hwy 6 (Grand Ave) at the roundabout. Proceed west approximately 6.5 miles. Turn left onto Jules Drive just past Napa Auto Parts. Take your first left on Sunny Ave and then another left onto Nighthawk Circle. Proceed to the end of the road and park by the Habitat office trailer.
