Open to the Public!

The Habitat Home Outlet collects donated furniture, appliances and reusable building materials and sells these items to the community at a deep discount. All proceeds go to building affordable housing for hard working families in need. The store also diverts approximately 286 tons of materials each year from ending up at the landfill.

The Habitat Home Outlet serves as a fundraising entity for Habitat for Humanity, helping to build affordable homes for families in our community. The Outlet collects donated furniture, appliances and reusable building materials. We than provide a place where the public can shop for quality new and used items at fair and considerate prices essentially benefiting all families in our surrounding areas beyond our Habitat partner families.

The Outlet has a natural secondary benefit of helping divert these reusable materials from ending up in the landfill. Each year the Outlet saves approximately 286 tons of items from being thrown away unnecessarily. The ability to find, save and re-use these materials and goods is an added benefit provided by the Habitat Home Outlet.

We consider all individuals and organizations that shop, donate and volunteer at the Habitat Home Outlet to be an essential part of the success of Habitat for Humanity of Eagle and Lake Counties.
