Join us as we break ground on six more homes at Stratton Flats!

The first six families have moved into Stratton Flats and we are excited to provide the opportunity for six more families to build and purchase homes in this area.

 We are excited about our partnership with Pauls Corporation (the developers of Stratton Flats) and we enjoy working with the Town of Gypsum-who we’ve shared a good relationship with in the past.

Directions: From I-70 Gypsum Exit (#140), head south through the roundabout onto Hwy 6 heading east. Proceed approximately 1 mile and turn right onto Jules Drive just before Napa Auto Parts. Take your first left on Sunny Ave and then another left onto Nighthawk Circle. Follow the road as it curves around and park by the Habitat office trailer.

From I-70 Eagle Exit (#147), head south on Eby Creek Road and turn right onto Hwy 6 (Grand Ave) at the roundabout. Proceed west approximately 6.5 miles. Turn left onto Jules Drive just past Napa Auto Parts. Take your first left on Sunny Ave and then another left onto Nighthawk Circle.  Proceed to the end of the road and park by the Habitat office trailer.

The World of Hope: It Starts at Home Capacity Building Campaign

The Stratton Flats parcels will provide 18 homes and serve as part of HFHELC’s $6 million capacity building campaign, aimed to secure the funding for 10 years’ inventory of land and the construction costs for 75 homes locally and 75 homes internationally through the global tithe program.  We are continuing our search for additional land for the campaign.
